This policy describes how eTrust Solutions DBA eTrust Financial Group ("eTrust," "we," "us") handles information submitted through our recruiting, insurance inquiry, and contact channels.
Information you provide
When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to submit, such as your name, email address, telephone number, inquiry topic, and message. We also record communication preferences and any SMS permission you give, including when and where permission was obtained.
Appointment and application channels may request additional details needed for that specific interaction. Do not send sensitive identity, medical, payment, or policy information through the general contact form or ordinary text messages.
How information is used
We use your information to answer your request, coordinate recruiting conversations and interviews, schedule insurance appointments, provide requested application and customer-service updates, and keep records of our communications and your preferences. We also use records when needed to protect our services and satisfy applicable obligations.
Mobile information and SMS consent
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional use. Service providers may process information only to support our services, such as customer support and message delivery. SMS opt-in records and consent are excluded from other sharing arrangements and are not transferred to third parties for their own purposes.
Texting is optional. Providing a telephone number through another channel does not authorize SMS. To request texts, use the clearly labeled “Text with eTrust” form and select “Request text updates” after reviewing its consent notice. This records your request for the informational messages described there. You can contact us by email without enrolling in SMS.
Service providers and outside links
Our website and communications use technology providers for form handling, scheduling, customer relationship management, hosting, and message delivery. These providers receive the information needed to perform those functions for us. A separately operated website or scheduling service may also present its own privacy notice. Review that notice before entering information there.
Cookies and technical information
Hosting, scheduling, and form services may process technical information such as browser type, IP address, and session information to display content, protect the service, and support its operation. Browser settings can restrict cookies; doing so may affect embedded forms or scheduling tools.
Retention and protection
We retain information for the period needed to handle your request, maintain business records, honor opt-outs, and meet applicable obligations. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
Reply STOP to a message to stop SMS. Reply HELP for assistance. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing careers@etrustfinancialgroup.com. We may need to verify a request and retain information that applicable obligations require us to keep.
The SMS program is intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly invite children under 13 to submit personal information through this contact page.
Changes and contact
