About eTrust
eTrust Solutions DBA eTrust Financial Group provides recruiting communications and insurance customer support. These terms describe use of this contact page and our optional informational SMS program.
What texts you may receive
If you choose SMS, we may send messages relevant to your inquiry: recruiting or application status updates, interview scheduling and reminders, insurance appointments, requested insurance application updates, and customer-service follow-ups. This program does not include promotional text campaigns.
Choosing SMS
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to use the mobile number you provide. SMS is optional. By completing the “Text with eTrust” form and selecting “Request text updates,” you request the informational messages described in its consent notice at the number you provide. You can request help by email or purchase services without agreeing to text messages. Providing a telephone number through another channel does not enroll you.
Message frequency and charges
The number of texts depends on your request, appointments, and conversation with our team. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Contact your wireless provider about those charges.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to any text from us to end the SMS service. We may send a single confirmation of your opt-out; after that, no further program texts will be sent unless you choose to enroll again. To resume, complete the SMS opt-in process again.
Getting help
Reply HELP to a program message or email careers@etrustfinancialgroup.com. Let us know if your telephone number changes so our records can be updated.
Delivery and carriers
Wireless coverage, device availability, and carrier conditions affect delivery. We do not promise delivery at a particular time. Wireless carriers are not responsible for messages that arrive late or fail to arrive.
Privacy
Read our Privacy Policy for information about how we handle contact details and SMS permissions. Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared for outside marketing purposes.
